Danger zone
Delete everything
Clears every customer, job, invoice and expense. Team logins are kept so you're not locked out. A backup is taken first, but download one yourself before doing this.
Customer tags
Mark customers with things worth knowing on the doorstep — ladder needed, dog in garden, commercial. Tags show on the planner.
Off-site backup
The automatic backups live on the same disk as the database — that protects against mistakes, not against losing the server. This emails a compressed copy somewhere else, once a week.
Stored backups
Kept for 14 days: everything from the last day, then one a day after that. Tidying happens automatically, but you can force it.
